The Future of Further Education Sport - ITT

The Association of Colleges, based at 2-5 Stedham Place, London, WC1A 1HU, is seeking bidders for AoC Invitation to Tender (ITT) reference AoC0001 (The Future of Further Education Sport). The first stage of the tendering process is to lodge an expression of interest (EoI) with AoC by 17.00hrs, 17 September 2009. Upon lodging your EoI, you will be sent the full tender documentation by email.
This ITT is for the supply of a research report as further detailed below. The research has been agreed and is supported by Sport England who will be involved in the selection process. The purpose of the ITT is to invite quotations against a pre-determined set of requirements. AoC will identify and select the most economically advantageous tender in terms of:
a) Value for Money (VFM)
b) Quality of the proposal
c) Best fit to the ITT requirements.
You should respond clearly and precisely, and present your best total-cost delivery solution to meet the needs outlined within the ITT. You should develop and present your Quotation with the intention that it represents your best VFM proposal, as this may be your only opportunity to present your best offer. The deadline for completed tenders is 17.00hrs, 25 September 2009.
