Hertfordshire signs Memorandum of Understanding with British Virgin Islands
The University of Hertfordshire, as a leading partner of the Hertfordshire Is Ready for Winners partnership last week signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the British Virgin Islands Olympic Committee, formalising the intent to base the delegations pre-Games Training Camp in the area.
